Ingredients

• 60ml espresso coffee
• 1 cup (250ml) milk
• 1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• Maple flakes

Instructions

1. Make 2 shots (60ml) of espresso in a cup

2. In the jug, fill with 1 cup milk (1/2 way max.) and 1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup, froth the milk (hold the jug so the tip of the wand is just below the milk ).

3. Pour frothed milk into the espresso coffee, grate cinnamon stick and nutmeg on top of froth milk

4. Sparkle with maple flakes.

5. Serve and enjoy right away.
