Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- 4 jalapeno chiles
- 3 Anaheim chilies
- 4 tomatillos
- 1 garlic, head
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 limes , juiced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground, coriander
- 1/4 cup water, (as needed)
Instructions
- Heat grill to high heat.
- Place green onions, jalapeno, Anaheim chilies, tomatillos and garlic bulb with the top cut off onto indoor grill plate or outdoor grill and char on all sides.
- Once everything is charred remove them from the grill and remove seeds from peppers. Squeeze garlic from bulb.
- Place all charred ingredients into blender jug with cilantro, lime juice, salt and coriander and dial to BLEND. Process for 30 seconds.
- If salsa is too thick use water to thin out.
- Serve with tortilla chips or over Green Chili & Cheese Tamales.
