Chilis and and bell peppers are high in the antioxidant and immune system boosting vitamin C. Tomatoes are high in lycopene, vitamin E and a host of other vitamins and minerals.

Well-balanced flavors

Putting all these native American fruits together is a spicy and sweet flavor experience. The lemon (also a great source of vitamin C) adds an acidic bite to balance the spice of the chili.
