- 1 English, cucumber , cut into 4s
- 1 cup plain Greek, yogurt
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Place cucumber in jug and dial to CHOP for 5 seconds.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the jug and dial to BLEND and process for 5 seconds. If Tzatziki is too thick use water by the tablespoon to thin out.
- Serve with Lamb Korma Meatballs, gyros, chicken or just as a dip with pita chips.
