Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 1-ounce shots of espresso
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate syrup or sauce (this does come in sugar-free versions)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well until fully incorporated and serve in a large glass.
