Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice, cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk, (see Almond Milk recipe)
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 tablespoons almond, linseed, chia seed butter

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender in order. Press GREEN SMOOTHIE setting. Process for entire program or until smooth. Serve immediately.
