Ingredients

  • 1 lime, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup sugar syrup
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 8 medium ice cubes
  • 1 cup soda water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender jug. Select the Pulse setting and pulse all the ingredients until they are roughly chopped. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
