Ingredients
- 1 lime, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
- 8 to 10 mint leaves
- 1/3 cup sugar syrup
- 2 ounces white rum
- 8 medium ice cubes
- 1 cup soda water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender jug. Select the Pulse setting and pulse all the ingredients until they are roughly chopped. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
