Juicing is the process of separating the juice of fruits and vegetables from the fiber and seeds. Drinking juice allows micro-nutrients to be quickly absorbed into the body without requiring work from your digestive system.

Nutrient-rich juice is a true pick-me-up and will help revitalize, hydrate, nourish and cleanse!

But . . . what’s to say you can’t embrace your inner juicing mixologist by stepping out into cocktail hour in style?

Get the party started with . . .

  • 2 small ripe tomatoes
a powerful source of the antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation in the body
  • 1 cucumber
extremely high in water content, with a large amount of potassium, which is excellent for maintaining healthy, youthful skin; and a good source of folate and Vitamin C and K while being cleansing
  • 2 stalks of celery
    alkalizes the body’s pH levels
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
Peppers are actually non-sweet fruits and actually have 3 times as much Vitamin C as an orange! Juicing removes the skin and extracts all the sweet flavor.
  • 1/2 lemongrass stalk
    aids digestion and soothes nausea
  • 1/2 long red chilli, cored and deseeded
You can vary the heat of your taste by keeping the seeds.
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple
    for a natural energy boost
  • 1 celery stalk to serve

And turn it into a tipsy by adding some vodka!

Cheers to a good night out!
