2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime juice
2 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St Germaine)
.75 oz Simple Syrup (1 part sugar:1 part water)
Add all ingredients to a blender with 1.5 cups of ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass rimmed with chili salt (1 part chili powder:2 parts coarse salt) and garnish with a wedge of watermelon and a straw.
