This Froojie is a great non-fat, non-dairy addition to your menu. With raspberry, apple, banana and mint, it makes a great non-alcoholic drink for cocktail hour or as a palate cleanser between courses. Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • banana, peeled
  • red apples
  • spearmint leaves
  • Sparkling mineral water or
  • soda water to serve

Directions

With dual disc juicer:

  1. Process raspberries and banana through juicer using Puree Extractor.
  2. Remove Puree Extractor from juicer and replace with Juice Extractor.
  3. Add apples and spearmint leaves and process.
  4. Mix well and pour into 2 large glasses
  5. Top with sparkling mineral water or soda water.

With basic juicer and blender:

  1. Process apples and spearmint leaves through juicer.
  2. Add raspberries, banana and extracted juice to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Mix well and pour into 2 large glasses
  5. Top with sparkling mineral water or soda water.
