Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tsp vamilla extract
- espresso coffee beans
- water
- 1-2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Instructions
- Boil water.
- Mix whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla in stand mixer on medium until cream stands up.
- Pull a double shot of espresso into cup half-filled with boiled water.
- Add Irish Cream. Top off with whipped cream and enjoy.
