Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vamilla extract
  • espresso coffee beans
  • water
  • 1-2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Boil water.
  2. Mix whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla in stand mixer on medium until cream stands up.
  3. Pull a double shot of espresso into cup half-filled with boiled water.
  4. Add Irish Cream. Top off with whipped cream and enjoy.
