- 2 lemons, peeled, quartered, seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups ice cubes
- Place ingredients in the blender jug container in the order listed.
- Press FROZEN DESSERT, and process until smooth, using the frozen dessert wand to press ingredients into blades.
- Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer safe airtight container and freeze until required.
TIP: Swap one of the lemons for a lime. Swap lemons for oranges and reduce sugar to 2 tablespoons.
