• 2 lemons, peeled, quartered, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups ice cubes


  1. Place ingredients in the blender jug container in the order listed.
  2. Press FROZEN DESSERT, and process until smooth, using the frozen dessert wand to press ingredients into blades.
  3. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer safe airtight container and freeze until required.

TIP: Swap one of the lemons for a lime. Swap lemons for oranges and reduce sugar to 2 tablespoons.
