About Sisha OrtuzarSisha Ortúzar grew up in Santiago, Chile, and has been cooking in New York City since 1996. His collaboration with Tom Colicchio began in 1997 at the acclaimed Gramercy Tavern. When Tom moved on to found Craft, Sisha joined his team and played a critical role in the growth of the Craft Restaurant Group. In 2003, At Riverpark, Sisha combines his inventive and skillful treatment of high-quality market ingredients with New York City's international influences.
